Tasting Notes
This blend has a very intense cherry red color. On the nose is a fervent clean aroma of luscious wild berries, black cherries and cherries complemented by fresh and somewhat spicy tones. In the mouth the wine is dry with an excellent balance between acidity and tannins. The whole palate is enhanced with an enjoyable tannic texture that fades towards a finish of magnificent persistence, with light hints of red fruit.

Vinification and Maturation
The first step is to manually harvest and select the grapes. After this, the grapes are dried in a loft that is well-ventilated. The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel at 25-30 degrees, and the process takes a total of 25 days. The maturation process takes 3 years in Slavonian oak casks of 35 and 65hl.
Review
A very good expression of Amarone. Powerful and rich, with well-defined black fruit aroma. Oak, chocolate, cedar are there in a subtle way. Should have decanted it for at least an hour, but still drank beautifully. Juicy but not jammy, long persistent finish.
