Amani Bay

Amani is a small boutique winery with a personal touch and warmth located in Stellenbosch. The wine is made by Carmen Stevens who worked alongside viticulturist Kevin Watt. The cultivars planted include Shiraz, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Mouvedre, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. Their promise to customers is that the “Best is yet to come.”
