Winemaking
Harvested during the summer, in the absence of rain and mild temperatures for a quality harvest. The grapes go directly to the pneumatic press where the first is extracted and then fermented at 16 degrees celsius, originating the freshness of the Casal Mendes Sangria.
Food pairing
Casal Mendes Sangria white is ideal on its own, or best paired with seafood dishes or salads.
