Opstal Blush Rosè Viognier is a youthful, fresh red berry rosè. The grapes go through the harvesting and fermentation process together. Placing these cultivars earlier in the process gives the wine more time for the flavors to meet and marry. The amalgamation of cherry, raspberry and strawberry aromas of the Syrah with the intensity of apricot and peach flavors from the Viognier results results to a youthful, fresh red berry blend.
