Sol Negru Sauvignon Blanc has powerful aromas of currant, both black and red, fresh berries, and petrichor, complemented by spicy notes of dried herbs and exotic fruits. On the palate, it has fresh, bright flavours of spice from the apricot seeds and paper. The taste further develops into a citrusy freshness with expressive grapefruit. Along the edges of the tongue, the taste develops into subtle notes of lime, lychee, then winds up in refreshing notes of cherry.
