To appreciate the vibrancy of the wine, drink when slightly chilled – Just below European room temperature.

A fruit friendly blend with grilled yellowtail or snoek with grape jam and farm-style bread. Also pairs well with braai or pizza.
In The Vineyard
The vineyards for this wine are situated on the Nothern slope of the Banhoek Valley. They range at an altitued of 450 – 500m above sea level allowing for moderate room temperatures.
In The Cellar
The ripe brunches were soaked all night allowing for the color extraction process that begins earlier on in the winemaking process. The fermentation process takes place with temperatures peaking at 28 degrees celsius. The wine was pressed off the skins immediately after the fermentation process and after malolactic fermentation. . It was matured for 3 months on French Oak staves.
