Popping open the lid on this bottle immediately reveals the fresh and fruity aromas of apples. The palate is reasonably tangy, with an excellent level of woodiness. Every sip reveals the full-bodied and fruity character of the blend. This cider is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.

Matured very slowly. An optimum level of time is spent in oak vats in Herefordshire resulting to a sparkling, fruity and full-bodied cloudy cider.
